Sage People Core Functionality Badge ensures that candidates have the knowledge covered in the Core Functionality Package. The content covers the HR Portal and how to manage team members and their data through the employee lifecycle: New Hire, Data Changes, Termination and Rehire. Knowledge is shared through a series of online anytime learning videos which include, but are not limited to, HR Departments and Policies, the basics of data management, Team member records and licenses, employment records, Work Locations and top tips for using Salesforce lightning. To achieve this badge candidates need to achieve a score of 80% on a knowledge check quiz in these areas.
