The Sage X3 Certified Distribution Consultant validates the candidate has the knowledge and skills to analyze the customers' needs and work competently in implementing and using the Sales, Purchasing, and Stock modules in Sage X3. Through a series of hands-on interactive learning courses the consultant demonstrates the skills learned in implementing and using the Distribution modules including, but not limited to, setting up Sales, Purchasing, and Stock including site information, customers and suppliers, sales and purchase tax, pricing structure, product lines and products, locations, standard and production costing, product allocation, purchasing and contract orders, MRP and enterprise planning, buyer planning, shipments and delivery, invoicing, returns, credit control, sales and purchasing signature management, quality control, warehouses, and inter-site and inter-company transactions. Candidates who have earned this credential have demonstrated their skills through completion of an exam. This credential may require periodic assessment of skills and knowledge and renews on an annual basis.
