The Sage People Core Comms and Alerts Badge validates knowledge of the content covered in the Communications and Alerts Engine Package. Candidates will discover the basic options for creating and sending communications to Team Members and Managers. This Package focusses on OnDemand videos and additional resources which can be found on the implementation portal - topics consist of, but are not limited to, email templates, merge fields, action events and action roles. To achieve this badge candidates need to achieve a score of 80% on a knowledge check quiz in these areas.
