The Salesforce Sales Badge demonstrates that the holder has successfully completed the course Salesforce Global User Training – Sales (New and Existing GMO Users). This session empowered GMO users to navigate inside the Salesforce Global platform. the holder of this credential has learned Salesforce language, how to access the app launcher and navigation menu, set up their personal settings, created and managed list views, favorited records and reports and demonstrated to search using the Global Search functionality. They have learned their role in the Salesforce ecosystem at Sage, understood object-to-object relationships, familiarized themselves with what accounts, contacts, and opportunities are and how to manage them, and finally how to log activities inside the Salesforce platform to increase productivity.
