The Sage Intacct Real Estate Sales Professional Certification package trains and validates that partners have the knowledge and skills to work competently with Real Estate owners and property managers to qualify them, discover business needs, discuss relevant industry requirements and issues, and determine if Sage Intacct Real Estate is an appropriate product for prospects. This certification is available to Sage partners that are authorized to sell Sage Intacct products. If partners sell Sage Intacct Real Estate to contractors, the partner must also be certified to sell and implement Sage Intacct Real Estate. In addition to 3 sales focused training classes, the package includes a Real Estate Industry exam and a Sales exam that test partners on industry concepts, customer profile, business needs, and key functionality. Training is highly recommended and salespeople must pass both exams with a score of 80% or higher.
