The Sage People - HCM Implementation Certification validates the candidate has the knowledge and skills to understand and work competently in the key areas of Sage People HCM Implementation. The knowledge tested in this certification covers, but is not limited to Functionality, Configuration Workforce eXperience, Data Management, Communication and Alerts Engine, Reports and Analytics, Compensation Planning, Performance and Talent and Time off and Absences. Candidates who have earned this credential have demonstrated their skills through completion of an exam. This credential may require periodic assessment of skills and knowledge and renews on an annual basis.
