The Sage People HCM for System Admin Certification validates the candidate has the knowledge and skills to understand and work competently in key areas of the Sage People HR Portal and Setup. The knowledge tested in this certification covers, but is not limited to Object Manager, User Interface, Workforce eXperience (WX) Functionality, Managing Team Members, Email Templates, HR Requests and People Management Workflow, Approval Processes, PDF Templates, HCM Forms, Actions Events, Time Off and Absence, Exchange Rates, Data Loader, Reports and Analytics, and the Sage People Customer Community. Candidates who have earned this credential have demonstrated their skills through completion of an exam. This credential may require periodic assessment of skills/knowledge and renews on an annual basis.
